✔ Witnesses (If Required)
•    Some documents require 1–2 witnesses
•    Witnesses must have valid ID
•    Witnesses cannot be beneficiaries or named in the document (varies by form)

✔ Payment Ready
•    Your $50 non-refundable deposit
•    Remaining balance is due at the appointment
•    We accept multiple payment methods
